unsealed shower screen slippery bathroom floor

The rooftop area was very nice. Breakfast was served up there daily and was filling..

I had issues with the room allocated to me. The shower screen was not sealed, so water leaked into the bedroom daily. This made the bathroom floor quite slippery and a bit dangerous.

The staff offers complimentary water. The riad includes a rooftop area with sun loungers. I took advantage of the onsite spa. The room came equipped with good bathroom amenities.

The walls are very thin, so I could hear noises.

detailed map friendly waiter

The staff welcomed me warmly! Mohamed provided a great introduction to the area with detailed maps. He helped me plan a walk to Bahia Palace. I ate at the riad in the evening and the food tasted superb. The waiter Haytem was wonderful, chatty, and friendly.

I noticed mold started to grow on the door of the bathroom because there wasn't any air circulating after showering.

Acceptable Location, but Underwhelming Room and Service

faulty air conditioning system small bathrooms

the location was good and about 18 minutes walk from the monuments i wanted to see.

The room i was allocated had a faulty air conditioning system. it was february, so pretty cold sometimes. Therefore, i would need to turn on the heating, but whenever i would use it, it would throw out a high level of humidity. all of my clothes and bedding became beyond damp to touch. it was uncomfortable to sleep in. the bathrooms were so small, i could not get up from the toilet without grazing past the door.
